Kupi! provides bus ticket booking services via WhatsApp. We act as an intermediary between you and bus operators to facilitate the purchase of bus tickets.

  • Payment: All bookings must be paid for at the time of reservation. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the booking process.

  • Confirmation: After your payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation serves as your ticket.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. Certain bookings may be non-refundable.
